Calling all Pet Parade Vendors:
Promote your Business!
AHS invites businesses to participate in this year's Pet Parade vendor market. For a nominal donation to AHS, you will be able to showcase and sell your product in front of a captive, animal-loving audience. Promotional ideas include distributing product samples, coupons, giveaways, marketing materials or even donating a prize for a raffle drawing.
The Pet Parade is a unique event promoting an atmosphere of fun and good will. It advocates a worthy cause in a festive environment that puts our "best friends" in the spotlight -- a concept that animal lovers of all types embrace enthusiastically.
The deadline for Vendor Registration has closed.
The cost of a vendor space at Pet Parade is $250, however, there are many easy ways to earn a discount on this fee—up to $150 off!
- Receive $50 off the vendor fee when you donate an item to be used as a fundraising prize or in a raffle. Item may be a product or service valuing $50 or more. You will receive recognition for your donation.
- DISCONTINUED FOR 2012. Receive $50 off the vendor fee when you agree to place 100 Pet Parade brochures and one poster in your place of business. If you do not have a storefront, you may receive the discount by distribution items directly to your customers and by placing information about Pet Parade on your website and social media pages.
- Receive $50 off the vendor fee when you create a Walk Team. Your walk team must raise a minimum of $50.
Pet Parade Market Notes
- All Pet Parade vendors and merchants are required to complete individual transactions and are responsible for the collection of sales tax at the Pet Parade Market.
- No power or phone lines are available at the park for credit card processing.
- A designated 10' x 10' area will be reserved for each vendor. Spaces will be available day of the event on a first-come, first-serve basis. No locations will be pre-assigned with the exception of space for major sponsors.
- No tables, chairs or tents will be furnished by AHS. Pet Parade Vendors are responsible for bringing all booth components and must be set up no later than 8:45am. Tear down will begin at 1pm that afternoon.
- Due to the safety of pedestrians/pets, there will be a cut off time of 8:30 am and any Pet Parade vendors arriving after that time must forgo their space. The vendor fee is non-refundable.
